Refunds are only issued in cases where an overpayment has been made or if a technical error occurred during the transaction on our portal.
For electronic items, refunds or replacements are only available for technical defects verified by our inspection team within 7 days of purchase. The item must be returned in its original packaging.
Once a refund is approved, it will be credited back to your original payment method (Visa/Mastercard/Genie) within 10 to 14 working days. Transaction fees charged by banks are generally non-refundable.
